Product Description

The ‘Swarg Systems & Instruments’ Test rig consists of a centrifugal pump provided with variable speed motor. The pump is provided with a vacuum gauge at suction and a pressure gauge on discharge pipe. The pump is provided with a variable speed drive & gate valve at discharge to vary the head which facilitates estimation of pump performance at various speeds and discharge heads. Power input to motor is measured with energy meter. The unit is recirculating type & totally self contained one.

1) Centrifugal pump -1”x 1” size, with variable speed D.C. motor and speed controller.
2) Sump tank – 900 x 600 x 600 mm height.
3) Measuring tank – 400x400x450mm. Height.
4) Energymeter for motor input measurement.
5) Pressure & vacuum gauge for measurement of head.
6) Stop watch.

Swinging field motor with torque measurement arrangement can be supplied on request, at extra cost.
A technical manual accompanies the unit.
The unit provided with and attractive & rust proof powder coating.
