Product Description

The ‘Swarg Systems & Instruments’ test rig consists of reciprocating pump mounted over the sump tank, the unit is self contained, recirculating type provided with vacuum gauge at suction and pressure gauge at discharge. A gate valve on delivery pipe controls the head. Input to motor & output of pump can be measured and pump performance can be estimated at different speeds by means of and at different heads.

1) Reciprocating pump – Double cylinder, 3/4”x 3/4” size provided with 1 HP. DC motor & speed controller.
2) Sump tank – 900 x 600 x 600 mm. height.
3) Measuring tank – 400 x 400 x 450 mm height.
4) Energy meter for motor input measurement.
5) Pressure & Vacuum gauge for measurement of head .
6) Pressure relief valve.
